Me and my partner had our two bedroom apartment cleaned by Kim. Filling out the form prior to the cleaning was convenient because I was able to make note of certain things that I felt needed special attention in my living space. For example, the inside of our toilet bowl that me and my partner believed had discoloration due to paint loss was completely spotless by the time Kim was finished. I was shocked.
Kim worked with such care and consideration for my living space whilst being very friendly and easy to talk to when we interacted. I really feel like my needs were met and I was able to trust her to take care of us.
